From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as a service provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant accommodation provider and sending you a confirmation email.
When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by accommodation providers. As such, the accommodation providers are given access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our website. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. 2. Prices, Crossed-Out Rates and Best Price Guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the Yallacheckinn.com website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email. Applicable taxes may be charged by the accommodation in the event of a no-show or cancellation fee.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific stay at a property, however, these rates made by accommodations providers may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
The crossed-out rate is based on the third highest current price of the property for rooms with the same booking conditions in a 30-day window around your check-in date (15 days before and 15 days after check-in date; if less than 15 days are between today and the check-in date, we will use the corresponding number of days after the check-in date to result in a 30-day total). To ensure we are making a fair comparison, we always use the same reservation conditions (meal plan, cancellation policy and room type). This means that you get the same room for a lower price compared to other check-in dates at the same time of year.
We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay. Should you find your accommodation, with the same reservation conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after you have made a reservation through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate under the terms and conditions of the Best Price Guarantee.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.

4. Service Charge
Yallacheckinn.com will try to provide the best competitive rates for all travel services provided in our website. Yallacheckinn.com shall have the right to charge transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. These charges/fees may also be altered by Yallacheckinn.com without any notice but provided proper justification will be provided for the services rendered. The customer shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Services.
All service charges (mentioned as Other Charges or Payment Fee or any other fees charged by Yallacheckinn.com in order to render the service) after making a booking will be non-refundable irrespective of the scenario and customer will not be entertained to refund back the service charge collected by Yallacheckinn.com.
5. Online Payments
By booking with Yallacheckinn.com, you authorize Yallacheckinn.com and its agents to transact with your bank or other payment gateways or other payment fulfillment providers to obtain the necessary information required to confirm payment, collect payment, resolve inquiries and billing disputes, and/or as otherwise required to manage the booking. Yallacheckinn.com does not collect or store your credit card/Debit card information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn more.
In addition to the payments for the service rendered at Yallacheckinn.com, Yallacheckinn.com charges a convenience fee on all bookings and cancellations. In case of cancellation of booking, convenience fee on booking is non-refundable. “Convenience Fees” means booking fees, cancellation fees, reschedule fees, or any other fees charged by the Company for providing service as applicable. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the services of the Company.
6. Cancellation
By making a reservation with a service provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that service provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the provider that may apply to your reservation or during your Travel, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the provider (the delivery terms and conditions of a service provider can be obtained with the relevant provider). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each service provider is made available on our website on the accommodation/Airline information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the service details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Please note that a reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) in so far the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the accommodation/Airline and the reservation. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the accommodation/Airline agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the service provider's cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy of the service provider carefully prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
In general, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any third-party supplier (such as airline companies, hotels, agents, etc.) ("Suppliers") with whom you elect to transact by using the Services, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and with the Supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability, booking, cancelling, rescheduling and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such Supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the
applicable product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in Yallacheckinn.com debiting your account for any costs that it incurs as a result of such violation.
Cancellations can be made online by signing in to your YallaCheck-inn Account. Step by step instructions available here. YallaCheck-inn charges a separate service fee for all cancellations. If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount.
7. Modifications & Refunds
All refunds will be processed only after getting the refund against the PNR/Voucher from the respective Travel service providers supplier (such as airline companies, hotels, agents, etc.). We take 14 working days to process refunds credited from the respective Travel service providers. Also you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any third-party supplier (such as airline companies, hotels, agents, etc.) Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
Any modification/rescheduling of the booking can be done through log in to My Account and send request or by sending email to support@yallacheckinn.com . For any additional charges for any modification/rescheduling, yallacheckinn.com will send a payment link to make the additional payment. While confirming payment through yallacheckinn.com payment link, we at yallacheckinn.com will take all efforts to confirm the booking at the paid price but there are rare cases where booking will not get confirmed due to multiple reasons like fare reprice, or due to other supplier issues. In case of booking not confirm after confirming payment or a change in fare, you’ll be requested to pay the additional amount to get this booking confirmed or you can request for same amount refund after deducting the respective Online payment charges collected by the payment fulfilment providers though My Account.
Don't call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The hotel's agents can't make changes to or process refunds for these specially-negotiated rates. All refunds will processed as per the refund policy of the respective Travel service providers viz Airline, Low-cost Airline, Hotel Supplier etc.
In cases where customer is entitled for full refund, a transaction-processing fee per ticket/service rendered will be applicable.
We have taken great care to provide accurate and up to date information. However due to the nature of our business all details are subjected to frequent and unforeseen changes. The information on our website is mostly based on information provided by the third parties. We cannot guarantee that the information provided is accurate at all times or that all changes will be reported and we cannot therefore be held responsible for errors or changes.

You can either contact Yallacheckinn.com for questions about your reservation, or communicate directly with an accommodation provider through dedicated messaging fields or by making use of alias emails. For security purposes, Yallacheckinn.com has an automated system that screens all communications for malicious content.
