  • How do I sign up?

    1. Click on Log in on the upper right-hand corner.

    2. Click on Create an account.

    3. Below Sign Up, enter your details and click Register.

    4. You will receive an OTP by mobile and on registered email.

    5. Enter the OTP.

    6. Once you enter OTP you will receive an email to verify your registered email.

    7. Open the registered email and click verify. You can log in to your account directly.

  • How do I change my password?

    1. Log in to My Account

    2. Click on Edit profile

    3. Enter old password & than enter your new password.

    4. Click Save.

  • What if i lost my password?

    1. Click on Log in on the upper right-hand corner.

    2. Select Log in.

    3. Under the Email and Password section click lost your password.

    4. Enter your registered email to reset the password.

    5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

    6. Enter your new password and reconfirm.

    7. Click Reset Password.

  • How do I edit my profile?

    1. Log in to My Account

    2. Click on Edit profile

    3. You can able to edit and save your personal information.

  • How do i check baggagae information?

    1. Search for any flight.

    2. On a flight result page, you can click on Details to check baggage information.

  • How do I cancel my flight booking?

    1.Log in to My Account.

    2. Click on My Bookings.

    3.Choose your service from below details.

    4.Select flight option and click Cancel Booking.

    Please Note your booking will cancel only and open if its refundable as per the airline policy.

  • How do I Modify / Refund my Flight booking?

    1. Log in to My Account

    2. Click on My Bookings

    3. Choose your service from below details.

    4. Select Flight Booking and click on Send Request.

    5. Choose Refund / Modify or Special Request option, then type your message and click Send.

    6. You will get reply on same Client Query box.

    Your Ticket amount will be refund only after the refundable amount has been confirmed via “My account”. Please note that for the ticket reissue or refund, an airline service fee may apply according to the Airline rules and policies as well as our service fee & payment fee.

  • How do I cancel my hotel booking ?

    1. Log in to My Account

    2. Click on My Bookings.

    3. Choose your service from below details.

    4. Select Hotel booking and click Cancel Booking.

    Please Note your booking will cancel only if its refundable as per our supplier policy.

  • What payment methods can I use to pay?

    You can pay for your booking online with the following Credit/ Debit Cards or Orredoo Money.

    Credit Card: International Credit Card + International Debit Card

    Debit Card: Qatar Issued Debit Card only

    Orredoo Money: Only from Qatar

  • How I will pay for my booking amendment?

    In case of any amendment in your existing booking, you need to request through ‘’My Account’’ and get confirmation with payment link send on your registered email.
